“Till' The End Of The Line”
A short history.

Work on this project started in the summer of 2009 when I wrote
"I've Cried The Blues For New York City".
But, another one of the songs on the album "Retribution" was written almost 12 years ago.

From the summer of 2009 until January of 2010, I was just getting some ideas down, little bits and pieces of lyrics, melodies, guitar riffs etc but, nothing that you could call a complete song

So, in January I really started work on the actual writing and recording of the album.
Like the "Meloneras Blues" project, I changed recording software just before recording began so, while I was writing the lyrics/music etc,  I was also learning how the new software worked as well....(why the heck do I do that???....hahaha)
With "Meloneras Blues" I had recorded maybe 70% of the album in Adobe Audition. I then bought Cakewalk Sonar 7 Producer Edition and I scraped all of the old stuff and started again.
With "Till The End Of The Line" I bought Propellerhead's  "Record" program (because I already had Reason 4.....the musicians among you will know what I'm talking about) and I started work on the album with that software from the beginning.
The writing, recording, producing and mastering of the whole project took 9 months in total.
The album was eventually released on the 14th of October 2010.

“Till’ The End Of The Line” is an album that I had been wanting to do for a long time. The last rock album that I was involved in was Cozy Powell’s “The Drums Are Back” in 1992. Since then most of the stuff that I have been doing was very much Blues or Blues/Rock based and I felt that it was time to do a “kick-ass” classic hard rock album again.
"I hope that you all enjoy it"

Take care and good health to you all
